"It’s an unmanned property which has its pros and cons. I would have liked to have a coffee machine at the ground floor considering the weather - I appreciate the filter machine in the room but I believe it would make the stay more comfortable to have a few vending machines and a coffee machine in the basement. Room size was adequate and with good views. There is no housekeeping but would have appreciated if towels and linen could have been changed every 3 days instead of every 7 days....

"Fantastic flat in a great location. Detailed information provided for check in and how to find the flat which enabled a quick and easy arrival. The flat was far bigger than anticipated which was great. Everything as described and all we needed for a great stay. The location really is perfect to be able to walk everywhere and with lovely views over the harbour. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Our check in wasn’t easy. We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other...

"The property is near to the main shopping area, approximately 5 min walk away. The stay was quite good for us from 23 to 24 Dec. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."
