"We absolutely loved our time here! The house was perfect for us - beautifully traditional and with everything we needed. We visited in late December and found it so peaceful. We loved making fires at night, sleeping late, looking at the millions of stars in the dark sky, feeding the donkeys and enjoying the views over cups of tea and glasses of wine. "The hosts Miguel and Sandra were so sweet and accommodating and thoughtful to our every need. The rooms and the house is so luxurious but still with the comfy Alentejo vibe. Breakfast was amazing and varied with the hosts having breakfast with us (due to our invitation) and telling us local stories and cultures. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommended"

"This is a lovely Portuguese style property. It is on one floor with a separate kitchen adjacent. The owner lives on site and was available if needed. The location was good - about 6 miles north of Evora. The pool was very cold on arrival but it warmed up sufficiently for us to use it a few times.
