It was incredibly loud as the room faced a street where I think there was auto and motorcycle racing all night long. Supposedly another part of the hotel is more quiet. The lighting in the room was strange. Supposedly, I should’ve gotten a standard room rather than a recovery room Because the layout of the recovery room was weird for people who are not disabled.

The bed I slept on was making me itchy. The sheets were definitely not clean and the pillows had a bad smell to them. I had to sleep on the other bed with my sister. We were extremely tired to bring this to managements attention and just stayed in the conditions. We do think the cleaning staff needs to do a better job at upkeeping.

I asked in what floors I can get ice, and I was told that hotel has no ice machines, that I needed to go to the bar tender and get a cup of ice. The bartender wanted to sell it. This is ridiculous.

The room was extremely hot and the air condition didn’t work. The next day, hotel fix the air condition. The breakfast on Monday was cold, most probably I was late for the breakfast. Everything else was better than other hotels in Tijuana.

Beautiful hotel, however a lot of noise in the area. Our a/c was not working as well our tv, so we call for assistant, they were efficient on that. We feel safe but the noise didn't let us sleep well .
