"Staff was extremely friendly. I didn't see an elevator for the 2nd floor. It would've been nice to have for the cart with all of our stuff. Didn't get a chance to use the pool area but it appeared very clean and well maintained."

"If you’re considering this cabin, do yourself a favor and just go ahead and do it! The location is gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s looks exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 8 of us and the cabin had more than enough space for all of us. The kids loved the game room, movie area and trails to explore. Ryan, the host was great and quick to respond to any questions I had. We LOVED our stay here and are already planning our next trip!"

"We loved staying at the General Denver! The building is beautiful with a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly friendly! We unintentionally booked a room too small for three people (the website described the room I booked as a Deluxe so I assumed it had a bed and pull out couch.) when it was determined we were actually in the smallest room in the entire hotel, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra cost.
