We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with...

"beautiful small hotel in Louvre/theater area. the hotel is smaller then it appears to be on advertising and rooms as well. balcony was a plus. clean and beautiful inside. staff proffesional. its not 5 star. it is 4 star hotel to me but other then that everything else was perfect."

"It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice. "

"We had a lovely stay! The studio was a little small but clean and really had everything my friend and I needed! The beds could be together for a couple or separated into 2 twins. The buffet style breakfast and unlimited coffee was organic and very affordable at 10 euros! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! They even gave us a welcome gift with pasta and sauce, cookies, chips, cider. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Aldi nearby had cheap groceries & wine!! Would definitely stay...

"Amazing, no noise at all, so deliciously quiet: that was our favorite part. Very clean, right in front of the tramway, close to the subway, very convenient. Keeps its promises. My only complaint was a fire alarm in the morning (not the property fault, but a smoking customer). They were trying to fix as quickly as possible the problem and didn't give us a lot of updates during the 15 minutes wait.
