"I've stayed in villas every holiday and have travelled to Malta and Gozo many times. Advertised as a 'cosy/quaint cottage' is mis-leading, as are the photographs that are meant to represent the accommodation. On arrival, the house was dirty, with cobwebs and a layer of dust/grime in the kitchen on the appliances and the oven was not clean.
