"Everything was perfect but for communication. I have an american phone with slow data in Europe. Going to web based communication was hard. I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). Also if there is a problem (lost key, appliance not working) there is not really a way to communicate, BUT everything went great. Great value. "

Communication before arrival was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is on the prestigious rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street through Cannes.
