I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do.
