"We booked this house for a weekend away with our adult children. It was a great house, close to several restaurants and wineries. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to make our own pizzas one night, we used the smart TV for shows and movies, plenty of seating in the living room, and a large table to sit around and play games. The owner was great at communicating. We planned to use the hot tub but ran out of time. I think we want to book again in nicer weather so we can enjoy the outdoor space next time. Great weekend! "The house clean and details provided about the listing were very accurate. My wife enjoyed jetted tub. Location was excellent and easy to get following directions and information about the roads near cottage. The fenced in yard for dogs was very convenient . We only stayed one day and it rained but would be an excellent spot to view a beautiful sunset that the area is known for . "

"This was a great tucked away spot behind a vineyard. It was cozy and great access to the lake. It was smack in the middle of many wineries and 15 minutes to watkins glen. There is no air conditioning but fans were supplied. It is supplied with well water. Bring your basic cooking supplies oil, butter and seasonings. "

"This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth. The owners have really thought of everything, and there were some nice extra touches (doggie bags, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedding/pillows, etc.). We would love to stay again, just hope for better weather next time!"

"Property was fabulous and very clean as advertised. 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with 3 of the 4 facing the lake with great views, and one of the upstairs bedrooms with access to the wrap-around deck. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for even a long stay. Plus, with the management company's welcome gift, there was no need to bring anything. Upper level deck with 2 umbrella-covered tables & fantastic view of the lake, a large grill and space for relaxation and meals (breakfast overlooking the lake is marvelous). Under the deck is a patio area with the large hot tub (partially under the deck) & large gravel covered area for eating, etc. 2 living areas, 1 upper & 1 lower, both with TVs (Roku) are very comfortable with plenty of space. There is also a TV in one of the upper bedrooms. The lower level is accessible only through the garage but was not that bad (3 stairs down from the laundry area, then another flight of stairs to the lower level). The lower level can be locked & then must be accessed from the patio area door via a lockbox with a key (contact the management company for code). The property is managed by Finger Lakes Premier Properties (FLPP) & were very responsive for the booking and any other stay-related issues. Be ready to provide a picture ID if this is your 1st stay with FLPP. Plenty of information on the property and the stay were provided immediately following the booking with the door access code arrived a week prior to stay. "
