Booked for 2 nights and he cancelled the second night without giving me the option to get a full refund and go somewhere else and refunded what he wanted. "Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whilst the location is a bit further out of town the size of the property and rustic feel more than made up for it. We taxi’d in and out of town every day to experience the cultural center of Florence and escaped at the end of the day to the calm and serenity of the house. A bit far from where you want to be but a short train ride (1 stop) and you are where all the action is. I’d recommend that over a bus. Overall a great place to stay in Florence. Highly recommend!"

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open.
