"The key to the Villa was not under the mat as advised in email and someone else was staying in that Villa anyway. Walked down to the cellar door to get a number for the Contact person as we did not receive a SMS. We were advised to choose another villa to stay in. This took about an hour of our time after arriving from a long day travelling. Needed to empty the dishwasher on arrival. Beautiful setting with wonderful views. Spacious & comfortable. We would stay again."

"Really enjoyed staying at the Heritage Garden Cottage. The location is brilliant for access to Salamanca Place and all of the excellent eateries close by. It's a heritage area surrounded by gorgeous early Australian architecture and steeped in history. The cottage itself is well appointed and very clean and comfortable plus the garden is divine and has water views. "

"First impressions of this property were not great, but once we got inside it was lovely! Comfy beds and nice cozy clean place. Outside however was a different story. Grass was not mowed, garden overgrown, an old car parked there making us think someone was at the house, the yard is a mess, verandah half overgrown by the fig tree. This all made us think we’d pulled up at the wrong place at first. But we still enjoyed our stay it’s in a lovely spot."

"Our first stay at the Mill Cottage will definitely not be our last. Everything about at our stay here was exceptional. Susan and Rob were wonderful hosts, so friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the freshly baked bread. Thank you!! Richmond is a beautiful small town, and the mill cottage located next to Australia's oldest bridge is the perfect location to explore (and a great place to get some beautiful photos. "This property presented exactly as in the pictures and description. It was within easy walking distance of many city attractions, with perhaps the best find being the Chowk Hotel which was literally just around the corner and had such friendly service and great Nepalese food. Whilst the property could sleep 7 (at a pinch) it was not comfortable for 3 of us to sit, relax and chat and with only one bathroom and no separate toilet it might become rather awkward with more guests. "
