"Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation. Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room. Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. Was told it would be $5 per towel from the gentleman at the door. Overall I would stay again because the place was very...

"Good location, within 10 minutes walk in to the old town, safe and quiet with good food only around the corner, and a large supermarket - Conad, would recommend this hotel, but make sure all arrangements are made and understood at check in, as trying to find a member of staff during the day is impossible, and you need to call the emergency number for anything"

Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "
