"On arriving the villa, the pool was very very dirty, when I called the number they said they would be out the next day which meant we lost a day in the pool. The reason for the dirty pool was apparently there was muddy rain but I can see there was a poor attempt of previous cleaning and may be muddy rain was just a good excuse, It’s now been 16 days since I left the property and my high deposit is still to be refunded. I contact them again today and I am still awaiting a reply Overall it was...
