"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Good all round service and property and grounds. It would be great if the cost of food items was kept more affordable in the onsite shop, and if there was a bigger selection of well known international products as well as essentials such as soap. The location is a bit remote, a free or low cost shuttle service, in the busy months, would really be useful to Palma and local beaches.
