"The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value."

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!"

Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. ABER: Der check-in war leider sehr ärgerlich. Wegen eines bahnstreiks kam ich erst 22 in Arezzo an, was nach nettem Kontakt aber kein Problem wäre. Es gab Instruktionen für...

"Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town. In addition to the location, the property itself was lovely. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. The communication from the property and the personnel on site were excellent. We thoroughly...
