"It was fabulous, loads of space large luxury bedrooms, it ticked all the boxes, we spent lots of time in the well equipped kitchen, only short of a toaster as one member of our group told Guido, next morning a toaster arrived with a delicious jam made by guilo’s mum. "The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

"We went with our granddaughter (2 years) and my son and girlfriend. The villa was in a great location in Tuscany if you want to be in the southern section. The villa is large, great for groups and has a lovely patio outlook. The dining living area has several French doors that open out to the patio/garden. There was one issue I raised with the owner regarding reliability of water pressure which I hope they addressed. The ‘host’ was super responsive. I’d stay again."
