A very comfortable bed and more than enough towels so that we were comfortable for the whole stay and didn’t have to ask for house keeping. "The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked...

"The only real "note" I have is that there are no coffee makers in the rooms which would have been fine except that all of the nearby places that I could have just bought a coffee were closed when I left at 7:30am. Otherwise it was great. Big comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and the shampoo smelled like Earl Grey Tea. I'll be back."

"All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (King Classic Room) was as seen in the photos. The room was very clean & comfortable. It is perfectly located in the center of downtown Stratford surrounded by plenty of dining options & shopping. The parking is located beside the hotel. We would return here. "
