"Stayed in the upstairs appartment which run the length of the building .Very well equipped with washing machine and a dish washer,a welcome surprise. The pool is in a secluded garden location. Negatives Our end bedroom had a strange en suite bathroom arrangement. A screen instead of a wall. A Jack n Jill sink taking up space that could have been used for a toilet and single sink. A bit odd!."

"The property had the advantage of a lovely pool (shared with other guests) which was fantastic as temperatures exceeded 35 degrees while we were there. The cottage was in a lovely quiet village and we purchased a lot of local produce from the Co-op cabin situated in the village square - well worth a visit. The property was ideally located to visit many lovely areas of the Dordogne such as Montignac, Sarlat, Domme and many others."

"We had a great stay with Cath. The gite is extremely well equipped with all the extras you need including washing liquid, dish washer tabs etc. the bed is very big and comfortable with good quality bedding; my husband is 6ft 4 and he found the bed a good size. "Lovely views from the pool out across French countryside. Pool is modern, clean and good size. Some issues with the electric cover, but that was down to a failed sensor which is on order. House is lovely and unspoilt, we loved it. But for some the interior lighting might be on the dim side. This did not bother us as we were out by the pool most of the time. "Owners, caretakers, cleaners were excellent. Very proactive in ensuring our stay was brilliant. Lots of different areas to relax and be alone if desired. Expect occasional insect ingress. That’s a reflection on the hillside location. Fabulous stay. A forest fire in Bordeaux led to smoke in the area. Staff came to visit to warn us and advise us. Thank you."

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, very well equipped and with a great view across to the village. It also has a fantastic pool but unfortunately the weather was poor so only used it a couple of times. It's on the edge of a pretty village with 2 restaurants and a shop.
