"Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip. The only drawback is that there is no lift in the building.. We had lovely time in Menton. Wish to visit again and stay at the same flat in near future. "
