"It was a nice property once inside, close to train station. Not a lot but of communication. Had to get access code on line. Glad I had cellular internet to do so. Internet was ridiculously slow. I think they rebooted it after I complained and it worked much better. Nothing to wash dishes with. No housekeeping, even though there was staff every morning. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Overall the apartment met our needs, but it was a little bit further to get to the lake than expected. However if you are looking for a solid base in the region and are willing to drive 30mins each way, then its a good bet."

"Was a short 5 minute walk from the railway station. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was reasonably priced, although perhaps there could have been a little more variety. The staff were all very helpful and courteous when asking questions or needing to leave luggage prior to departure for the airport. The only negative i would say would be that it was stairs to the first floor where some people may struggle if elderly, infirm etc. I would be happy to stay again if in memmingen."
