"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We had a wonderful vacation. This house was located in a quiet little town with very friendly locals. We rented a vehicle and was able to see a lot of Switzerland sites from this location. The house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. There was a pasture with cows behind the house...very peaceful. We highly recommend this house!"
