Orig. Home of my grandparents, spacious, large garden (plot> 900m2), 3 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds each), living u. Dining room with fireplace, Wifi, Hifi, TV, oak floor, couch, bar, etc., infrared sauna, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with cooker u. Dishwasher, washing machine in the cellar, renovated in 2015, partly modern, high-quality furnishings, as it is mainly used for private purposes - the opportunity to spend a holiday with flair!

Ziemlich heruntergekommen
Nach dem Inserat hatten wir bewohnt gemütlich erwartet. Das mögen wir lieber als kommerziell steril. Stattdessen war es aber eher verwohnt heruntergekommen.

Mooi privehuis met veel authentieke elementen
Het huis is voorzien van heel veel persoonlijke spullen van de familie van de eigenaar wat een fijne sfeer met zich meebracht. Hier en daar wel wat defecte spullen zoals een rolluik die niet meer omhoog kon. We hebben erg genoten.

Herrlich!
Wir waren schon unzählige Male in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im Ausseer Land. Es ist immer wieder wunderschön und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles war wie immer sehr sauber, ordentlich und urgemütlich. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es zur Genüge, im Winter ein tolles Skigebiet und im Sommer die schönsten Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir werden auch in Zukunft immer wieder gerne hier her zurück kommen! T.R.

Herrlich!
Wir waren schon unzählige Male in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im Ausseer Land. Es ist immer wieder wunderschön und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles war wie immer sehr sauber, ordentlich und urgemütlich. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es zur Genüge, im Winter ein tolles Skigebiet und im Sommer die schönsten Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir werden auch in Zukunft immer wieder gerne hier her zurück kommen! gezellig familiehuis
Fijne vakantie gehad in dit wel overvolle iets gedateerde familiehuis. Zeer kleine keuken en onhandige koelkast achter de deur. Veel familiegeschiedenis aanwezig wat het huis extra charme geeft. De gezellige haard zorgde voor veel warmte in huis. Helaas was er slecht gepoetst bij aankomst, veel hondenharen en stof aanwezig, maar dit had mogelijk verband met de stofzuiger die helemaal verzadigd was. Ondanks dat er van alles voorradig was in dit huis, waren er geen stofzuigerzakken.

Urgemütlich und wunderschön
Wir fahren schon seit vielen vielen Jahren nach Bad Mitterndorf in dieses schöne Ferienhaus und haben es immer sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts und man kann sich dort einfach nur wohlfühlen. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im schönen Ausseer Land.
