Hotel Burgblick

"Lovely little place in a nice quiet part of Bonn. Feels homely. It's on a leafy residential street. Very comfortable, with a good breakfast. Nothing extraordinary. But simple, friendly and nice."

"Very friendly staff and great breakfast. The staff seem to know very little English however, so speaking German or Arabic is pretty much a necessity. We also had difficulty getting ahold of anyone after 10pm. Our plane was delayed, so we arrived at about 10.30pm and were locked out until another guest happened to pass by and let us in."

Insel Hotel

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (179)
"Breakfast was delicious and the best we had while touring Central Europe. Since we started our vacation in this area, we guessed it would be hard to beat during the rest of our trip. We were right. This hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. The restaurants, etc. outside the hotel were okay, and the location is convenient to Bonn and Koblenz (where we went next). "

Hotel zum Adler

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (134)
"It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception."

tinyTwice Hotel Bonn

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (57)
"We absolutely loved it here! Pictures on website don’t do it justice. It’s intentionally retro and attention to detail in rooms and communal areas makes it special. Our room was spacious, clean and lots of light. We had travelled around Germany before getting here and this was definitely my favourite place to stay. Downstairs there was a huge big lounge where we all gathered in the evenings. It felt like home and I’d definitely recommend and I would love to return!"
