"It's a small guest house on the second floor of a much larger building. Very convenient location - 100m from Napoli Centrali train station and a metro station. The room I stayed in was fabulous. High ceiling and beautiful floor to ceiling wood doors to the balcony. Newly renovated, quiet and very cozy. Service was excellent. Make sure to arrange arrival time as there is not always someone at reception. Not the easiest place to find. See the picture and description below."

"If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. So if you have an issue going up stairs, I do not recommend. However friendly owner who provides breakfast (not much English but we were able to communicate fine), helpful in figuring out arrival and entry...

"This place is a gem! Perfect location and amazing staff. Very friendly and communicative. There are 2 reasons I am not giving this location a full 5 star review. One is that there was a lack of hot water. The shower and sink lost pressure when turned to hot and it took a very long time to heat up. I am sure in the summer this is not an issue but it was in the winter. Something else to be aware of, the Main Street is very loud at night. We could hear full conversations from people on the street....

It is a very old building but has a lift. You choose what you want for breakfast and it is brought to your room. Good location to explore Naples and to catch the train for day trips. "
