"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty. The spa is on the smaller side but we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments by highly skilled members of staff. One thing to single out is...

"It’s in a prime location where the malls like SM aura, Ayala mall, Uptown mall and other businesses are walkable or very close to the hotel. It’s in the heart of BGC area. The room we stayed can comfortably accomodate 3 adult persons not 4 which they clearly advertise. It’s a one year old hotel, so everything still looks great, AC is in a perfect condition, room not only looks clean but also smells good.
