"Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Currently trying to find a similar matress to upgrade our bed at home. Beautiful rooms, very spacious and cozy vibe. The whole area is lovely, and we got a room with a view over large pond/small lake. Fantastic service from the staff, and incredibly friendly. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, but hoping well be able to next time we stay."

"After checking in and getting a room with a view across the park in front of the hotel a group gathered in the park and started playing some really loud music, the hotel reception staff immediately offered a different room at the other side of the hotel which although not having such a good view was lovely and quiet!! There was a good selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away."

We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Great that breakfast was included as well especially with a wee one and a long day ahead "
