"The hostel is very clean, close to the centre (10 min walk or 5 by bus). All the staff was friendly, from Isaya (if I got his name correctly) to Gaby, the gym guy, the night one and the girl with straight, black hair. Property was not old and they told me that soon they are also going to open other rooms, which means even more cleanliness. I'll be back to Amsterdam and definitely I will go back again to The Bee Hostel"

"Dutchies had everything I needed for my stay - there were always staff available, the shared kitchen and bathrooms and foyer area were cleaned regularly, and my bed ‘pod’ option was great for privacy. I also really appreciated the fast wifi and the free filter coffee!"

"Great hostel! Room was quite spacious and everything was kept quite clean. The communnal fridge is quite small and there is only a microwave for cooking. The hostel only takes payment in cash. I missed that memo but the staff were very helpful in pointing me to a nearby atm. There is no in house laundry but there is a self serve laundromat within easy walking distance."

"It is shared accommodations, and you should pack your own set of bed sheets, blanket cover, and pillow case. Probably better suited to a longer stay. A nice place to meet other travelers. Breakfast was nice. The proprietor is agreeable and welcoming."

"Property is well located for sightseeing and on a busy street with a supermarket and plenty of food options. Staff were friendly enough and bag store was there for keeping luggage safe after checkout etc. It is run down though and if you dont like steep stairs then it's not one to visit (though this can be said of most Amsterdam hotels).
