"Sapa Farmstay was perfect! extremely comfortable,scenic location, and has a beautiful swimming pool. The hosts are incredibly friendly and so very accommodating to requests. The food from the restaurant is amazing! Fresh, delicious and has large servings. Free bicycle access was very much appreciated and utilised to explore the area. We will 100 percent stay here again next time we visit Sapa. "

"Location was very convenient, homemade breakfast was great as well. But the best part of Sapa Local House was the staff. He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything. "Was it really a homestay if they have european toilets and shower plus no interaction between homeowner and guest? Also about 20 beds available for a 'homestay' and guests are served pancakes for breakfast - not the true vietnamese breakfast the family was enjoying 10 metres from us.Calling it a back to basic bed and breakfast or guesthouse would be much more accurate.The whole homestay concept is totally overrated and should be avoided. "We had a great experience at this hotel. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and facilities were top notch. We loved the indoor pool, and the room was very modern, artsy and comfortable. Reception were kind enough to let us check in early as our 4 yr old toddler got travel sick on the way to Sa Pa and needed the rest. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to anyone else. "
