I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."

Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. "Very beautiful location, 10 minutes ride to Roquefort caves, many space, tasty dinner served by host. The only one disappointing thing is that bed creaked and need some repair as each move it created the sound."
