"It was a good hotel but I marked it down as the picture shows a riverside setting and a quaint building backing on to the river It is not, it is a standard Inner town hotel on the Main Street, it is a walk away from the river, which took me sometime to find. I was very disappointed The captions on the photos need correcting "

It worked out fine, but just seemed weird "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured. It is in an excellent location literally 1-2 blocks from the historical sites/neighborhood. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. "

"Excellent room, very clean, large comfortable bed. Very good bathroom. Restaurant was excellent food and service. Perhaps more expensive than usual Campanile food but much superior to the usual. Will certainly stay there again."

"We had a lovely week in this superb property. It was spacious, well equipped and the pool was exceptional. The owners were friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this gite as a great place to stay, with amazing views and within easy walking of Millau."

"Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel."

"Lovely hotel close to the centre. Small clean swimming pool and a bar. Rooms have everything you need and are clean.They also have good blackout shutters."
