I could not par a car on the arrival because the code is wrong. They finally got it right after a few messages including ask a guard at the property. I have tried to ask as many people as possible at the property for information including a cleaner. The cleaner explained to me where to put the key...

Le manche de la poêle est cassé, les ustensiles cuisine sont plus que minimum. La tringle à rideau est cassée et le chauffage dans la pièce est au minimum. Il fait donc froid dans l’appartement. Il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes ouverte car dans ces pièces c’est une étuve....

"Cogne is simply beautiful. Small enough to be charming, big enough to stay busy and entertained. The Chateau Royal was a great home base. Centrally located, comfortable and we'll equipped. We originally booked two nights but added two more as it was such a great village with so much to do. We hiked, fished, rafted and paraglided plus catching some of the abundant castles and forts in the Sister Valley). This one is a do-over (we'll be back:-)."
