Only suggestion I would have to hotel is in regards to park n fly transportation from the airport. There was not enough communication/organization as in who would bring picked up. Need a better system in whoever calls is provided a number or something and that is the group that is picked up first and so...

"STAY AWAY…EXTREMELY DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Pungent smoke smell in room even though it was a “non smoking room”, ceiling fan was about to fall out the ceiling and didn’t work so I couldn’t circulate air. Bed sheets and towels were stained and even the replacements requested were dirty. When I spoke to the front desk staff about this, they shrugged their shoulders and said “I don’t know”. No refund or discount given. I would have had a better experience sleeping in my freezing car."
