"Breakfast was not the greatest, hotel room (2 bedroom)was very spacious and comfy bed. Pool was small but clean, with towels being refreshed during our stay. Pool washroom were too far from pool. Renovations were being done but there was no noise. Staff were friendly."

"The property was easily accessible. First road right off of Highway 401. The property is about 5 minutes away from a big shopping mall. There are many eating establishments (fine dining, casual restaurants and fast food outlets) within a 3 kilometer radius of the hotel. You are only about 15 minutes driving time from the core of downtown London. The hotel was clean and quite and the rooms were spacious (with comfortable queen or King size beds. One King room was big enough to sleep 2 adults, 3 children and a baby. A crib was available at no charge. There was a bar fridge and microwave located in our room. The hotel also had a small workout room and indoor pool with convenient hours (6:00 am to 11:00 pm).The staff were courteous and check-in and out was busy but very efficient. A buffet breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food choices was available. Coffee, tea or Hot chocolate was available in the lobby at any time. Free parking was also available. Excellent family hotel."

"The rate was excellent. It was super convenient for a visit to the hospital. A receipt was inserted under the door in the morning saving time when leaving. I thought the silver could have been placed closer to where the plates were in the cafeteria. Wooden utensils were not as sturdy as needed."
