Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. "This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"

"Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure! "
