"The owner was very nice. We couldn't find the place and we were driving around town. Finally, we asked a restaurant. The restaurant owner called the hotel owner and instead of explaining the direction over the phone, the hotel owner picked us up. What a service!"

"Matteo the owner is extremely responsive, helpful, welcoming and generous. His guesthouse and the grounds are truly magical! Just a beautiful setting that is very special. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...
