"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. "Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...
