"Shady Rest is filled with character and warmth, including lots of eclectic art, furniture and decor. Mark is a wonderful host who is passionate about running his B&B, making guests feel totally at home, offering terrific suggestions on places to see, and making a lovely breakfast. The little town is under a 1/2 mile walk so it’s very convenient to walk to dinner if you want to keep it simple. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

Woody Mamaku Retreat . Eco stay close to sea and nature.

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (70)
"We loved our stay here. The cabin is nestled in nature, surrounded by birdsong and has a lovely view of the sea. It's the perfect place to switch off and relax. The outdoor shower was a particular highlight. John and Pene were good hosts - it was nice to have the cabin refreshed halfway through our stay. Strongly recommended."
