"We were just here for a little weekend get-away before Christmas. The house is as advertised. It feels like staying at your friends well-loved beach house. The view is beautiful, you are close to everything and there is plenty of room for kids (and the dog) to relax. While it has almost everything, there wasn’t a microwave, which was a bit of a surprise. The sandspurs are abundant, so shows outdoors are a must. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

"This was the perfect little place for us to stay in the OBX. Everything was clean and you could see the beach from the top deck. Everything worked in the kitchen ( we went to food lion and cooked almost every night ) Everything in the description was correct. The hot tub is out of this world! I will be staying here again! "

"We can in town for the fishing tournament. And this was just the right fit for our little crew. We enjoyed being able to have a place where we could bring our puppy with us. The pool area was nice. "Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to be handicap accessible. I had an issue with the TV on Sunday, l sent a text to the management property, the next day Alex came and fixed the issue l didn't have to wait, l had a good stay, but the house is in need of updateing and repairs need to be made. is broken in twoiswas broken in two, the ve"
