"The place was very well kept and well laid out. We loved it. The checkin process at 11:30 PM was clunky - the code didn't work. We resolved it over SMS in about 20 minutes but it was a cold 20 minutes in the howling wind.The round table by the pool table was sticky and not wiped down before we checked in - other than that the place was very clean and ready to go. Lovely house. Great location.Thanks."

"A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. "

"This was the perfect little place for us to stay in the OBX. Everything was clean and you could see the beach from the top deck. Everything worked in the kitchen ( we went to food lion and cooked almost every night ) Everything in the description was correct. The hot tub is out of this world! I will be staying here again! "

"Circle in the Sand was the nicest home we’ve rented in OBX. We’ve been going for years and gone through a different realty company. The Director of Operations for Surf or Sound, David, was extremely communicative and checked on us a couple of times. The house was beautiful and so clean. It had all the amenities we were looking for and was close enough to the beach that we could easily walk. We will definitely consider this property again for future visits and will definitely rent through Surf or Sound again. "
