"This was our 3rd time staying at this gorgeous cabin in the woods. It is just a lovely way to enjoy winter instead of just enduring it! Warm and cozy--the fireplace, a good book, and a cocktail make for a pretty perfect evening, only to be rivaled by coffee on a sunny morning watching the birds right outside the window. The quiet surroundings are glorious. Kitchen is well-equipped. Internet, if you need it, is fast. Bed is comfy, and everything is immaculately clean and well-appointed. We love this place and will definitely be back for a 4th visit!"

"Our kids (6 and 3) had a great time in the waterpark area. Staff were friendly and laid back, our room was clean and quiet, free breakfast and on-site food was convenient, and they even surprised us without a word by upgrading us to a whirlpool suite, which was wonderful! Excellent experience for a quick overnight getaway."

"Our room was awesome stayed in the casino Royale room. It had a great tub with lots of room around it. The view from our room was a little snow covered woods. The shower showed signs of age but was clean. The man at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good. Not a lot of grab and go options but the hot food was good. the building itself is very unique and interesting has a huge indoor fireplace. The pool and hot tub were a little rough but clean And we still had a great time in both."

"Four gals taking a weekend getaway found some peace and lots of laughter at this historic home. We loved exploring the home and all of the relics within it. The shed, the firepit and walking trail were lovely additions. We even saw a fox that lives nearby! Would definitely stay again. "

"A few hours after checking into the VRBO on Friday, there was a mechanical issue in the house related to the extreme cold weather which could have ruined our entire weekend; however, the property owner promptly got someone on sight first thing Saturday morning, determined the issue couldn't be fixed immediately, found a property within 1 mile where we could stay for no additional fee, AND gave us a refund. Kelsey went above and beyond to make things right and I so very much appreciate it! She saved our weekend!I would definitely stay here again."
