"When I arrived, I was greeted at the entrance and quickly ushered to check-in, which was a breeze. The check-in clerk informed me that my itinerary included a lower-floor room but suggested upgrading to a higher floor for a quieter, more adult-friendly environment. There was a small additional cost, but I was already sold on the idea. Since I was staying for five days, I wanted a peaceful space, and that’s exactly what I got. My room was on the 32nd floor, and it was quiet all night long. The hotel featured live entertainment in the lobby near one of the bars. While I enjoyed the performance, it was quite loud, especially for guests staying on the lower floors. A perk of staying on the upper floors was access to a snack area stocked with cheese, meats, fruits, coffee, water, and more—a nice touch. During my stay, I visited the souvenir shop in the lobby to pick up a lighter I couldn’t bring on my flight. There was also a small coffee shop with tasty sandwiches and desserts. I especially loved their carrot cake—I enjoyed it so much that I bought it almost every day. I used the valet service, which covered one day, allowing for re-entry. Since I had a visitor, we mainly used it for temporary car storage. I’m not sure about the cost of self-parking. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for both adults and families."

"This property was conveniently located for all of the Guadalajara Independence Day/week activities. It was amazing watching the fireworks from my hotel balcony every night. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel! The breakfast has vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options. The vegan options are mostly fruit, toast and beans. Very personable staff who were patient with my broken Spanish. Beautiful 7th floor terrace. I loved that the toilets have a strong flush. The building is older, and it shows. The rooms are quaint, and no face towels or lotion is provided. If you take the stairs, they're pretty dusty, and you may track the dirt into your room if you wear shoes. It's not very quiet with the festivities going on right outside the building in the park, BUT the sliding door to the balcony provided some sound reduction. The hotel is probably quieter when there are no events. The elevators are kinda small."

"The hotel’s location is walkable to many places within 15-20 mins like downtown, San Juan de dios, plaza tapatía…etc. Room conditions were good, not a 5 star hotel but I love their medium firm bed with soft pillows! Their shower head is like the rain shower from above with nice hot water. A/C works great and the people are very friendly. "
