"I had a fantastic stay at the Coylumbridge Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, set in beautiful grounds creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the great selection food at the restaurant. The clean swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a cold day on the nearby ski slope at Cairngorms. The local bus service stops directly outside of the hotel ....

"Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the lounge. The property was immaculate comfortable and cosy. Everything was supplied ie coffee tea etc Was offered room cleaning but it was not required. Staff were very helpful and friendly Would definitely recommend "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Cairngorm Suite with my husband and 2 kids (5years & 4 months old). Firstly the location was perfect and in walking distance to countless pubs, restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was beautiful and the bedroom especially was incredibly spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding/duvets etc all felt really good quality. Bathroom was spotless, the shower wasnt very powerful but thats being pernickety. Plenty of storage space throughout the suite...

"Overall a very comfortable experience. This is the second time we stayed in Macdonald's hotel, opted for half board and loved our meals everynight. Breakfast was great, would be nice to have meatfree options for vegetarians, even if not in buffet but can offer to prepare it if requested, still loved scones and beans and pancakes, kind and caring staff."

"We had a superb stay a Eriskay, Ken and Gill made us feel extremely welcome and the breakfast was 10/10. We will definitely go back. The Eriskay is perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area."

"We were a big party of 10 and we had a great time staying with you guys. We did ask on the second morning if we could all eat breakfast in the conservatory area and were told no we had to sit at our allocated tables, this did seem a bit strange but it did not detract from our enjoyment . Mark is a marvellous host "

"Staff were friendly and helpful, location handy and beautiful, with red squirrels nearby and nesting house martins. My only suggestion would be that - as we should be reducing meat and dairy consumption for environmental reasons - vegetarian breakfast should be the norm."

"Super accommodating friendly staff, room was spotless and they have amazingly soft towels. This wasn’t our first time staying here and it was just as expected, it is our forever home whenever visiting Aviemore what more is there to say other than just get yourself booked in if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Aviemore. "We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Stopped in Aviemore for one night while heading north. Check in swift and clear, room clean. Breakfast was spot on, food perfectly acceptable and the waiting staff were all busy and helpful."

"A lovely, well appointed home with comfy beds and plenty of towels etc. Seating was a bit uncomfortable in some rooms, and the heating was a challenge at first. That being said, the owners were readily available and answered all questions. I feel it would be a good idea to have instructions somewhere in the house regarding certain things to make it easier, not only on people renting, but for the owners as well. We did enjoy our time there, it's a lovely area."

"Only stayed for three nights, but thought it was a lovely place. The room decor is very modern/contemporary, which is what I like. Bed and bedding was comfortable, but was only a small double bed, presumably because the room was quite small. We will stay again , but will book a bigger room next time."

"This centre had everything we needed. Our unit was spacious and cosy. We were so grateful to be able to check-in very early because of the storm. Our granddaughters had great fun in the pool which was very child friendly with lots of inflatable toys for them. It’s a great location to explore Aviemore and the Cairngorms. "
