Casa Meridiana is a big holiday home for 12 guests in Avetrana, a short drive away from the beaches of Torre Colimena, San Pietro in Bevagna and Punta Prosciutto. The apartment with a big furnished yard is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, built-in barbecue, internet, washing machine, microwave oven, mini-bar in the bedrooms, satellite dish, hair-dryer in every bathroom, mosquito nets and tv. Small pets are allowed.

Casa
Meridiana is a lovely apartment furnished in a typical Salento style,
cozy and refined. The holiday home is on the ground floor. It opens into
a large kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed and the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms,
4 of which are double bedrooms and one is a triple bedroom with single
beds. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Moreover, there
is an additional half bath and a spacious furnished yard with dining area under the gazebo.

The apartment Casa Meridiana is in the centre of Avetrana, which is a small town with many amenities and a lovely old town centre. The holiday home is 5 kilometers away from Torre Colimena and the beautiful nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci, 8 kilometers away from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, near Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo. Moreover, it`s close to San Pietro in Bevagna.

- Small size pets allowed.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

Lamentable.
Totalmente desprovisto de cualquier consumible. La aceitera olía a rancio. A la llegada no había agua caliente y los desagües de dos de los lavabos no funcionaban. El agua caliente se arregló en unas horas, los desagües no. No utilizamos la cocina, nos limitamos a utilizar la casa para dormir.
