"From check in to check out our stay was seamless. The view out the back windows grab you the moment you walk in. The view is spectacular. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, overlooking the bay and across to the mountains/hills. The condo was exactly as described and was spotless upon our arrival. Ray was super attentive, checking in on us a few times throughout our stay. "We stayed here for 3 weeks in February with 2 young kids and 3 adults. The was responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. This place was a pleasant surprised. We were taken aback on how much space the living area had. The Master bedroom was large and had a walk in bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds, which would be ideal for kids. There is a separate 'common' area with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so that you can close off the living room/kitchen area if you need to keep...

There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom.
