"We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout from initial welcome to final farewell. The room was large enough clean and warm, the bed had a solid frame, the mattress was softer than my preference but my wife was happy. The bathroom was large with a spacious powerful shower. We had a continental breakfast on our 1st morning which was supplemented with cooked to order options at the weekend. A particular highlight was the fresh berries on offer. Shrivenham...

"Very friendly staff, warm cosy pub environment with good beer. Restaurant food was exceptional. Room and en-suite a good size and very comfortable (Home Guard). Breakfast quality outstanding with local produce. Would definitely stay again."
