"Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!"

"We liked the location and the fact it was quiet.The bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate but would have liked electric kettle. It was wet weather and we had no control over heating as it was put on remotely and only occasionally during our weeks stay. We appreciated the clean towels and linen everyday. A welcome pack was not included ie info on nearest shop. So more difficult when travelling without a car. Lucca is a wonderful city and a few little touches would have made us feel more welcome...

"Excellent location in the center of the old town. Minutes walk to all sights. Like most hotels in the old town, this one only has a few rooms, so one should expect more of a B&B experience instead of any fancy hotel facility. Breakfast is by voucher, to a nearby pastry shop (for one coffee and one pastry). "
