"I really enjoyed my stay. This space is clean and nicely updated, but still has the charm of an older building. It is within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, boutique stores, and an ice cream shop. I was in town for an event at the fairgrounds, which was only a short drive (less than 5 mins) away. "We were a little concerned by the outside of the building, but inside was a different story. The place is clean and has reasonable amenities, parking was plentiful, and check-in/out process was easy. We didn’t try to use the elevator but since the rooms are on the 3rd floor, that would have made it easier getting our luggage in. Overall a great stay."

"My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights here, and didnt want to leave! From the high ceilings to the exposed brick on the walls it was easy to fall in love with this place! It was private and perfect. If we're ever back in this area we know where we're staying! We highly recommend to everyone. You won't be disappointed! "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. You do hear quite a bit of noise from the downstairs bar. It wasn't much of an issue on Friday night and the bar closes relatively early so we weren't bothered by it on Friday night. "We had a great stay at the cabin! We didn't get their until late on a Fri, but Brian let us stay as late we we wanted to checkout on Sunday which was great. The hot tub water had just been changed, so the was only 56 degrees when we got there. However, he gave us a reimbursement for the inconvenience and were able to get in late the following day.
