"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"The house was as described. We travelled into Madrid on a daily basis and did not return till mid evening. The only thing I would mention is that the tv is extremely small and sofas are not comfortable at all for lounging and watching tv. Other than that, the house was great. Very clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped."

"The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores."

"Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful. The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid. "This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square. It was clean and well taken care of. I also enjoyed the old charm of the building. The host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants/markets and was avalible if we needed anything. I don’t think I could have asked for anything else. I look forward to staying at this apartment in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The villa is fantastic. Spacious, lovely grounds and pool. The villa is in an ideal location for commuting to Madrid within half an hour by bus. I would highly recommend this villa, and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again for another holiday!"

"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "
