I was not too impressed with the shower no curtain so water got everywhere and water knobs where on the wrong direction my husband couldn’t find hot water so he took a cold shower. The facial soap was weird since we were out of town only for one I didn’t pack my own soap.

The check was slow When I got in the room which was a non-smoking room Smell smoke when I walk in n then sit on bed N I could smell weed too Check out early but maybe not come again

First thing I saw when I got to my room was a huge dead cockroach. Poor condition of the room and the manager said only way she can get us breakfast is if we give great reviews. Very poor overall.

I had a business meeting in Austin on Friday. I checked in on Thursday. The office is surrounded by cameras which is fine. However, no one was at the front desk. I called out a few times, but I thought they can see me with the cameras. Nothing. It took me about 10-15 minutes for anyone to come out and to check me in. Bu that time another customer walked in, and the clerk tended that individual first. The room was fine. It was clean. The towels still had some life in them and were thick. However, the pillows were flat and the sheets and cover were very thin. I was lying on stomach watching the news at the end of the bed. I could feel and hear the spring at the foot of the bed. The whole bedding needs an upgrade. On your website it said it included breakfast. There was nothing because of covid. I get it, but that should be removed temporarily then. I was to carry out my own trash which I did. Any problems with the room must call the front desk between 8-4. The phone was dead to call the front desk to get another roll of toilet paper. There was no spare roll. This particular Extended Stay was not bad but needs to some works. It is close to everything. I had to pay $100 deposit which is a lot if you're traveling. I understand its if I trash out the room. I'm still waiting for my refund.

the front desk was excellent. the room had a musty smell (someone may have smoked in it a while ago). Howerver, it was not bad enough to complain and change rooms. Bathtub didn't have a stopper....that's it. everything else was fine.

Don’t stay here !!!
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The night time front desk clerk attacked me and got aggressive just because I said the $100 deposit was a lot of money. And yes they charge a $100 deposit and they don’t even state that on hotels.com. So Amy decided to literally throw my I.D and credit card back at me and told me to leave. All because I stated that the deposit which was never mentioned till I literally gave her my credit card was a bit high. I truly believe she was on drugs cause her hostility towards me was just insane. Do not stay here they even charged my card for one nights stay even though she told me I couldn’t get a room with them and all because I made a simple statement. Amy should not be working front desk if she is going to be aggressive and attacking customers. I have never had this happen to me at any other hotel.

Well i paid for a suite, and they didnt have one someone was living in it,so front desk greeter, Ms. DENISE Was Awesome she got on phone and called around and tryed to find me the type if room i paid for. But i guess she finally checked here book and she found a room ,(not a suit that i paid for ), but she walked over to check the room out, $100 dollar deposit, is high.but i got a room and lost money at same time. So as for the service Denise was a big help, but i do belive im Done with All Exetend the stays.
