"My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and picked this property because it looked suitable for where we wanted to be from a location standpoint. The room was nice and I think we both enjoyed the historic aspect of the building. The property manager was exceptional in regards to responses while we were there. "Outstanding location. This is within walking distance of Maine Savings Amphitheater! Most comfortable mini couch I’ve ever been in. Open space is great! However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. After several communications with the unit’s POC and after determining that the washer could not be replaced in time during my stay, we agreed to reasonable compensation for this inconvenience. "We had a great stay. The place was VERY clean, quiet and certainly peaceful. Everything you could possibly need for our trip was provided (Coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils, etc.). It's convenient to both shopping (5 mins.) and local attractions including Acadia (30 mins.). 5 stars!"

"This is a 3rd floor apartment. It was well furnished and in a perfect location for me. I was attending a wedding in the downtown area of Bangor. The only negative was having to do the background check and having to pay an additional 35.00 that was not refundable. "
