"Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip. It is safe, lock on outside door, elevator and room. The restaurant in hotel is great. Complete menu at fair prices. Cute dogs on floors welcoming other dogs as they come in, all well behaved.
